PosterJet Support Concept
To provide you with the best support possible, we have launched a new customer-friendly support model:
90 Days Premium Support as of date of purchase
We grant every customer buying a complete PosterJet edition or upgrade / update 90 days of PosterJet Premium Support.
This special support period starts at purchase and is applicable only for PosterJet full retail version and charged PosterJet Updates (e.g. from version 8.1 to 8.5 or from version 7 to version 8) or Upgrades (e.g. from a 24 inch version to a 60 inch version).
This 90 days Premium Support offer is explicitly not applicable for updates and upgrades provided free of charge (e.g. an update from version 8.0 to 8.1), printer plug-ins, PosterJet modules (such as Hot Folders, Profiling, or Tiling), and additional licenses (such as SimuPrint, Clients, and PostScript)
Standard Support
This support option is provided to all our customers. The PosterJet support team processes your support requests via our Support Query Form or via PosterJet forums (under construction).
Premium Support
To Premium Support customers we provide fast and excellent One-To-One Support during our office hours. Please give us a call or write an e-mail to get further information about or budget-priced Premium Support Packages. Besides all features of our Standard Support Premium Support provides the following advantages:
- Quick response via phone. Our in-house support crew provides you with extensive One-To-One Support. If you wish we give you a call-back to save your money
- Remote-Desktop Support. A certified technician establishes a remote desktop session if you like. Simultaneous phone support is also provided if necessary (to establish a remote desktop session you may download the FastViewer customer module free of charge. See the respective box on this page
